We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Comoto Holdings. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, maintaining a strong sense of product knowledge, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide every customer with a great experience, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain a strong sense of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with our brand and product information.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, while maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Participate in sales promotions, events, and training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- 1 year+ of sales or customer service experience.
- A self-starter mentality, consistently delivering an outstanding, personalized retail experience.
- An open mind, eager to learn and be a part of the riding community.
- Experience with computers and POS systems (particularly RetailPro).
- Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest (desired, but not required).
