Key Responsibilities:

The Regional Sales Director for Wound and Skin Care will take charge of recruiting, mentoring, and managing a regional sales team to enhance sales performance and achieve regional objectives. You will also be tasked with formulating and articulating sales strategies and objectives while establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs). The sales team will focus on promoting the company's Wound & Skin Care product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS)
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in Acute Care Hospitals
  • At least 3 years of experience in medical sales management with a track record of exceeding sales targets and developing future leaders
  • Experience in selling to large IDNs, with knowledge of navigating Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contracts and awards
  • Willingness to travel, including overnight stays, up to 50%
  • Residency in the Chicago or Minneapolis area is preferred
