Position Summary: We are seeking a Regional Director of Sales to spearhead our sales initiatives in a dynamic and rapidly evolving market. This role is pivotal in safeguarding both human lives and substantial financial assets by driving revenue growth within the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate remotely to cultivate new sales opportunities and expand market presence within the assigned region.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals by setting clear sales objectives and tracking progress towards these targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key organizations in critical infrastructure sectors to assess cybersecurity requirements and engage with decision-makers.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with partners and the Sales Engineering team to finalize agreements with major accounts and influence strategic initiatives for regional success.
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies utilizing competitive insights, customer segmentation, and effective product positioning.
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasts and maintain a reliable sales pipeline to ensure forecast precision.
  • Contribute to the protection of critical infrastructure within the region.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of direct sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity or Industrial Control Systems, with a proven track record of closing complex deals.
  • A strong passion for the ICS SCADA Cybersecurity domain.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of crafting compelling messages and testing various approaches with senior stakeholders.
  • Aspirations for leadership, with a focus on developing future leaders within the organization.
  • A blend of humor and tenacity is essential for driving leads to conversion and advancing them through the sales process.
  • Experience in Cybersecurity is advantageous, particularly within critical infrastructure sectors.
  • Comfortable working in a well-funded and revenue-generating startup environment.
  • Strong determination and competitiveness, with a desire to succeed.
  • Excellent negotiation, organizational, presentation, and communication skills are required.
  • A proactive self-starter who takes initiative and seeks assistance when necessary.
