About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team at DISCO, a cloud-native, artificial intelligence-powered legal solution provider. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing a regional team of sales executives, providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, and tactical deal structuring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 8-10 Regional Sales Executives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team success.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that exceeds revenue targets, working closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with Sales Operations and Business Intelligence to gather data and make informed decisions.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to enable individual and team success, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including large law firms and companies, to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Recruit and develop a high-performing sales team, leveraging your expertise to attract top talent.
Requirements
  • Proven sales leadership experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Strong track record of scaling and managing dispersed sales teams, with a focus on high-performing sales professionals.
  • Experience in selling into organizations with decentralized buyers, leveraging bundling to improve conversion rates in multi-product environments.
  • Ability to balance agility with building systems and practices required for scale, while driving results in a high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's or JD preferred).
