McGraw Hill is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Director to promote our best-in-class supplemental and intervention software portfolio to K-12 educators and learners.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify customer leads and create new business opportunities to drive large-scale digital sales.
- Develop a territory sales plan, including events and strategies to prospect for new opportunities, grow existing relationships, and elevate the McGraw Hill brand.
- Conduct strong digital sales presentations of McGraw Hill's solutions to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive innovation and inform the next iteration of digital supplemental programs.
- Form solid partnerships at all levels of a school district to ensure the execution of profitable, recurring, long-term business relationships.
- Collaborate with McGraw Hill's Core Curriculum Sales Reps, District Managers, and Implementation Group to craft and leverage complex selling strategies.
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred or equivalent experience.
- Ability to travel 80-85%.
- Knowledge of specialized markets (Title I, Special Education, MTSS).
- Knowledge of Direct Instruction and/or Open Court Reading.
- Previous educational sales experience preferred.
- Previous experience teaching or selling digital Math and Literacy products/programs a plus.
- Track record of sales success as demonstrated by having met or exceeded sales quotas.
- Strong listening and solution selling skills.
