Job Title: Human Resources Office Coordinator (Full Time)

The Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is actively seeking a Human Resources Office Coordinator. This position is responsible for overseeing various personnel-related administrative functions with a focus on confidentiality and effective office management, as well as fostering employee and customer relations.

Position Overview: Under general oversight, the Human Resources Office Coordinator carries out a range of technical and administrative responsibilities associated with personnel operations and programs. This is an on-site role operating during standard business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Human Resources email communications and ensure proper distribution of inquiries
  • Coordinate and monitor monthly training sessions for Managers and Employees
  • Administer the Tenure Recognition Program
  • Assist in the Annual Benefits Enrollment process
  • Manage office supplies and inventory tracking
  • Prepare various documents, reports, and materials as needed
  • Provide support to the HR Team as required

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding grammar and organizational capabilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong judgment and reasoning abilities
  • Skills in building interpersonal relationships
  • Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High School Diploma is required; a college degree is preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is necessary
