Hamilton Connections of Milford is actively seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for one of our expanding clients.
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), in-office role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Human Resources Director with daily HR operations.
- Oversee benefits management.
- Assist with payroll documentation processes.
- Conduct new employee orientations.
- Manage unemployment claims.
- Address other HR-related tasks as required.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR practices and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
- Strong computer proficiency; experience with ADP is a plus.
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
- A combination of relevant work experience (minimum of four years) and/or education, with an Associate degree preferred.
Salary range will be $52-$55k per year, depending on experience.
