Hamilton Connections of Milford is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator for one of our expanding clients.
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), in-office role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Human Resources Director with daily operational tasks.
- Oversee benefits management.
- Assist in payroll documentation processes.
- Conduct orientations for new employees.
- Manage unemployment claims.
- Address additional HR-related duties as required.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR practices and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in computer applications; familiarity with ADP is a plus.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- A combination of relevant work experience (minimum of four years) and/or education, with an Associate degree preferred.
Salary range is between $52,000 and $55,000 annually, depending on experience.
