This is a full-time (40 hours per week), in-office role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Human Resources Director with daily operational tasks.
  • Oversee benefits management.
  • Assist in payroll documentation processes.
  • Conduct orientations for new employees.
  • Manage unemployment claims.
  • Address additional HR-related duties as required.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR practices and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications; familiarity with ADP is a plus.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • A combination of relevant work experience (minimum of four years) and/or education, with an Associate degree preferred.

Salary range is between $52,000 and $55,000 annually, depending on experience.
