Job Overview

AMTRACO, a leading global holding entity based in Franksville, WI, oversees the essential services of HR, IT, and Finance for its various operational divisions. The company comprises four distinct subsidiaries:

EPSI – A distribution firm catering to the surface finishing sector with a presence in all key international markets.

STM – A producer of pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes.

FAST – A distributor of tapes and related products for the framing, architectural, signage, and trophy industries.

SBM – A commercial real estate organization focused on acquiring, developing, and leasing commercial properties.

As an Inside Sales Representative at EPSI, you will recognize that sales is fundamentally a numbers game; those who maximize their opportunities while maintaining a high success rate are the ones who achieve the greatest financial rewards.

The ideal candidate for this role understands that to effectively serve the customer, it is essential to convincingly communicate why EPSI is the premier choice for their surface finishing requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Quickly establish rapport and sustain strong relationships with current customers and potential clients.
  • Communicate ideas clearly and succinctly.
  • Exhibit exceptional persuasive skills.
  • Demonstrate diligent follow-up abilities, recognizing that it typically requires multiple interactions to convert a prospect into a customer.
  • Utilize EPSI's comprehensive customer service team to ensure that all details are managed effectively.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in business-to-business sales is essential.
  • Familiarity with the surface finishing industry is a significant advantage.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

SUPERVISION

  • We seek individuals who are self-sufficient and do not require constant oversight. Successful sales professionals exhibit the organization and self-discipline necessary for this role.

If you lack this experience, we can provide training, but we cannot instill the discipline needed to adhere to our proven success framework.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrate prior sales achievements or provide evidence of the discipline and drive necessary for success.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and identify the most promising opportunities.
  • Proficient in using personal computers and various software applications.
  • Self-motivated with minimal need for direction.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to sit for extended periods while working at a computer and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
