We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive - Group Sales Specialist to join our Ticket Sales Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with large companies, associations, and fraternal organizations to drive group ticket sales.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain contact with group accounts to provide exceptional service and focus on retaining current business and growing ticket revenue.
- Proactively prospect and qualify new group clients to identify opportunities for incremental season and partial ticket plans.
- Visit prospects and customers during home games to build relationships and fan engagement.
- Network at team and community events to expand our reach and build partnerships.
- Follow-up on all sales leads to assist customers in securing the preferred seats and experience that best fits their needs.
- Secure and process payments of group ticket accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in game-day staffing needs for group customers to ensure a seamless experience.
- Identify and convert opportunities to drive incremental revenue and grow our customer base.
- Act as the primary contact on game days for American Family Field vendors related to group sales.
- 2 or more years of experience in ticket sales with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
