Key Responsibilities
  • Establish, nurture, and expand relationships within a specified portfolio through proactive outreach, sales engagements, and relationship management.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure high retention rates within your assigned accounts.
  • Achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly activity metrics to meet performance targets (KPIs, including calls, connections, demos, emails, etc.).
  • Partner with Product Specialists to introduce your clients to and promote the latest Semrush offerings.
  • Engage with your entire customer portfolio monthly to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Accurately project monthly sales and retention goals to management.
  • Contribute insights to the broader Semrush team by utilizing strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Candidate Profile
  • Fluency in Portuguese (C2 level) and English (C2 level); Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • A degree in marketing, economics, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
  • Over 3 years of experience in B2B software sales, including prospecting, lead qualification, deal closure, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, including BANT qualification, meeting management, account development, and time management.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and experience in procurement management.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Martech/SalesTech and familiarity with product marketing strategies, processes, and sales optimization.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Independent and results-oriented, while also being a collaborative team player.
