  • Order clinic office supplies, manage inventory, and maintain a well-stocked reception area.
  • Sell and track cosmetic products, providing excellent customer service and promoting products effectively.
  • Distribute mail and prepare for next-day scheduled appointments, ensuring a seamless transition.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of recent medical office experience or in a similar capacity preferred.
  • Proficient in basic computer functions, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment, including a multi-line phone system.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize appropriately, and respond positively to constructive feedback and direction from supervisors.
  • Professional appearance and manner at all times, with a friendly, cheerful, tactful, and polite demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and handle sensitive patient data with discretion.
