MEP Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of MEP projects from start to finish.

• Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• MEP Management: Manage and coordinate MEP activities, including design, procurement, installation, and testing.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all MEP work meets the required quality standards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 8-12 years of experience in MEP projects, with a focus on commercial construction.
• Skills: Proficient in CMiC, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong knowledge of design build process and 3D model simulation software.

• Competitive Salary: $86,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experience.
