Account Development Manager

At ResortPass, we're on a mission to redefine the way people experience luxury hotel stays without leaving town. We're looking for an experienced Account Development Manager to join our team and help us achieve this goal.
In this role, you'll be responsible for growing our hotel partnerships by identifying new opportunities and generating leads through outreach and networking within the hospitality industry. You'll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to close, and work closely with the sales and account management team to build a pipeline of leads and foster relationships with key decision-makers at individual hotels and corporate-level brands.
We're looking for someone with a strong background in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry, who can take ownership of their development and actively seek coaching and feedback. The salary for this role consists of a base salary plus commissions, with estimated on-target earnings ranging from $140,000 to $160,000 per year, plus equity commensurate with experience.
