Business Development Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Notified. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Lead the sales process in renewals and upsell opportunities, identifying potential growth areas within assigned accounts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain up-to-date expert understanding of assigned account solutions, communicate value proposition to existing accounts, and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Proactively manage pipeline, input, monitor, and update opportunities in a timely fashion.

Requirements:

  • Experience: ~3-5 years of experience in a sales role or relevant account management position, preferably in PR/IR.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, communications, marketing, or related field.
  • Skills: Superior relationship management and interpersonal skills, willingness to travel within assigned territory as needed.
