Senior Account Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Account Development Manager to join our Energy Management division in North America.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts within an assigned sales territory, with a focus on high-value/strategic accounts. This role involves engaging in consultative-selling techniques, providing recommendations on a problem-to-solution basis, and supporting Technical Sales Representatives with onboarding new accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account plans to grow and retain high-value/strategic customers
- Engage in consultative-selling techniques to provide tailored solutions to customers
- Support Technical Sales Representatives with onboarding new accounts and ensuring effective handoffs
- Maintain cooperative working relationships with various departments to ensure effective coordination and resolution of customer issues
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related fields
- 2+ years of sales and customer experience
- Energy experience preferred, with data analytics skills a plus
