Job Description:
Our client is seeking a dynamic Sales professional to drive growth in the US. This role is a key part of the Sales team in the US and will be responsible for creating and executing Sales strategies to expand and radiate into new lines of businesses within existing accounts.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of the Sales team that is looking at redefining IT services growth strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with the top leadership team of YD Talent Solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with Director and Program level stakeholders, with Business and IT within a trusted customer account.
- Execute on Sonata's existing account growth strategy.
- Sell company's portfolio of services - Digital transformation, Data and AI, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure management services, and Digital Marketing.

Ideal qualifications:
- 5-10 years of IT services account management experience
- Track record of building relationships and growing existing accounts through multi-prong account strategy
- Identifying, developing, nurturing, and growing existing and new relationships.
- Cross selling and upselling multiple service lines and capabilities.
- Experience of working in a global multi-cultural delivery model organization.
