Versatilità nel ruolo: Inizierai con attività di pre-vendita e assistenza post-vendita, con opportunità di crescita verso ruoli come Customer Success Manager o Office Manager.
Responsabilità principali:
1. Gestire il portafoglio clienti: fornire assistenza completa dalle fasi pre e post-vendita, mantenendo comunicazioni regolari tramite chat, email e telefonate. Anticipare e soddisfare le richieste in modo proattivo, garantendo relazioni durature per il successo del cliente.
2. Coordinare la logistica degli ordini: organizzare spedizioni, gestire ritiri e consegne, affrontando eventuali sfide logistiche, mantenendo un contatto costante con clienti e fornitori.
3. Monitorare e condividere informazioni: registrare dubbi, problemi e suggerimenti di miglioramento da comunicare agli altri reparti, contribuendo al miglioramento continuo.
