We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to become a valuable member of our organization.

Compensation Range: $18-20 per hour based on experience.

Position Overview:

  • Manage inquiries from plan participants through multiple communication channels regarding enrollment, distributions, loans, website access, and other plan specifics.
  • Respond to plan sponsor inquiries via phone, fax, and email.
  • Follow up on outstanding information related to participant data.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with plan sponsors.
  • Accurately and promptly process distribution requests from plan participants.
  • Assist with company-wide client events as needed.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Knowledge of 401k plans is preferred.
