Position Overview:
The Customer Experience (CX) Specialist - Customer POs plays a crucial role in managing and processing customer blanket purchase orders for the Central Division. This position requires diligent research on customer accounts and the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date data. Regular collaboration with senior management, account managers, branch associates, and finance personnel is essential for success in this role. Additionally, the Specialist will address and resolve any customer disputes related to purchase orders.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Oversee and maintain the database of customer blanket purchase orders for the Central Division.
- Address and resolve customer disputes stemming from purchase order discrepancies.
- Assist associates at various levels with inquiries related to purchase orders.
- Ensure the timely and accurate updating of all sales orders and billing documents.
- Review non-specific purchase orders for accuracy in customer accounts and billing.
- Examine customer master data concerning purchase order flags.
- Manage metrics and communications associated with customer purchase orders.
- Alert supervisors and management to any discrepancies identified.
- Effectively manage problem-solving and dispute resolution between regional associates and internal departments until all issues are resolved.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Are you the right fit? We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities.
- Proven success in managing special projects.
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office, along with experience in Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well within a team.
