Job Overview

Position Summary

The Junior Project Engineer is responsible for executing assigned engineering and technical tasks under the supervision of a Senior Project Engineer and/or leadership. This role requires a foundational understanding of both vertical and horizontal centrifugal pumps and associated systems. The engineer will assist project managers, clients, and suppliers in the correct application, specification, components, and unique features of projects to enhance customer efficiency and reliability through established product materials, training, and direct engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer technical support to clients and suppliers to enhance customer satisfaction with products and services.
  • Identify valuable features that can drive revenue growth while addressing the needs of key applications.
  • Develop and implement pump features that foster customer loyalty, increase revenue, and promote scalability across the organization.
  • Gather and understand customer functionality requirements for current and upcoming pump product lines.
  • Establish project objectives by reviewing project Statements of Work (SOW) and Project Management Units (PMU); consult with management as necessary.
  • Create manufacturing drawings, elevation sketches, sectional diagrams, and all documentation required for project specifications.
  • Validate product performance by analyzing test results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Required Knowledge

Proficient use of advanced engineering software. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (API 610, HI). Innovation management skills are essential.
