Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
- Managing and processing customer purchase orders through our CRM system.
- Providing timely updates to clients regarding their order status, shipping options, and any expedited requests.
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Communicating effectively with internal departments to follow up on routine matters.
- Preparing necessary documentation such as customer certifications and packing slips for engineering orders.
- Maintaining records of sales orders and technical drawings.
- Processing order acknowledgments and handling incoming calls.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment is essential. Please note that experience limited to call centers is not acceptable.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to interpret title blocks on technical drawings and revisions.
- 1-2 years of experience in Technical Customer Service or Document Control is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong emphasis on organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Dependable and trustworthy with a strong sense of responsibility.
