Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Home Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering individualized support that meets the unique needs of each client in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Meal preparation and nutrition support
- Housekeeping and laundry services
- Companionship and social interaction
- Transportation assistance and errands
- Other light duties as assigned
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
