At Wheeler Clinic, we're seeking a dedicated Patient Support Specialist to join our team. As a Bilingual Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive equitable access to innovative care.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in Spanish and English. Your primary responsibility will be to register new patients, obtain detailed insurance information, and enter data into our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

You will also be responsible for performing administrative duties, scheduling appointments, managing incoming calls, and backfilling appointments as needed. Additionally, you will be trained to operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, and scanners.
