Automotive Support Specialist

At National Express LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Support Specialist. This role will provide support to our Maintenance Department and Technicians, ensuring the highest level of transportation safety and quality transportation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assistance to the Maintenance Department and Technicians in accordance with established schedules.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, reporting any unsafe practices or conditions to the supervisor.
- Record time and materials used for each assignment.
- Provide automotive repair and maintenance assistance to technical staff as assigned.
- Exhibit the highest ethical best practices and personal integrity, reporting any suspicious or inappropriate behavior to the supervisor or manager.
- Interest in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of safe working practices and conditions, and maintenance of a safe work environment.
- Basic knowledge of information technology and software programs to enter data and retrieve work orders.
- Valid appropriate licenses and/or certification required to operate company vehicles in assigned location.
