Regional Sales Manager Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Seattle region. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting all Territory Sales Members in the region who sell equipment to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Drive the sales team to success by establishing sales strategies, tracking sales results, and interacting with customers
* Build, coach, and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets
* Identify new sales targets and opportunities
* Maintain good customer and member relations

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or four or more years of related experience and/or training
* Extensive knowledge of Construction & Forestry equipment products/services, preferably including John Deere
* Self-motivation with the ability to work without direct supervision
* Strong leadership skills
