Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience of 5+ years).
  • A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in regional management and team leadership.
  • Strong grasp of commercial maintenance services and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and results-focused.
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards in the maintenance sector is advantageous.
