Position Summary


Accountable for assisting and advising customers regarding our products and services by leveraging knowledge, skills, and technology to deliver a world-class sales and service experience. Works under moderate supervision and guidance.

Responsible for individual performance and its impact on the team.

Key Responsibilities

Enthusiastically represents products and services by sharing and demonstrating product knowledge and sales expertise with customers. Conducts product demonstrations to educate customers on the full capabilities of our offerings, enhancing their experience.
Adopts a customer-first mindset in all interactions. Listens to and assesses customer needs, providing suitable solutions.
Aims to meet sales and customer experience targets.

Facilitates comprehensive customer onboarding processes, ensuring customers fully understand how to utilize and manage all company products/services and obtains their consent.

Performs operational and administrative duties.
Collaborates with customer care to address customer issues as needed.
Consistently exhibits sales excellence and professionalism with integrity, maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor towards customers and colleagues.
Adheres to all company and retail operational policies and procedures.
Completes training requirements and actively participates in team meetings and learning sessions.
Understands the sales compensation plan and its key components.
Must be flexible to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required. May be assigned to work in different locations outside of the primary store. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is essential.
Must be capable of lifting and carrying boxes weighing up to 25 pounds, standing, and moving around the store frequently.
