OVERVIEW:

The Marketing Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in assessing market dynamics and crafting tailored marketing strategies for various retail locations in collaboration with store leadership.

This position entails overseeing comprehensive marketing initiatives across the organization, which may encompass advertising campaigns, direct outreach, print materials, promotional activities, customer engagement events, and industry exhibitions.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Formulate marketing strategies for individual retail locations.
Collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing to support both local and national advertising and branding initiatives.
Facilitate the establishment of strategic marketing partnerships, assist in creating promotional materials, and monitor marketing campaigns.
Support the VP of Marketing in the design, development, and execution of all marketing strategies and plans.
Engage with regional teams to pinpoint marketing and sales opportunities while addressing potential challenges.
Maintain robust relationships with various marketing partners, including advertising agencies, technology providers, and public relations firms.
Assist regional offices in organizing industry trade shows and special events.
Conduct evaluations of potential marketing initiatives, market research, and competitive analysis within the industry.
Stay informed on publications and industry-related information that influences the company's marketing stance, image, and competitiveness.
Other responsibilities as assigned.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
Creation of impactful marketing strategies and their effective management.
Understanding of marketing and event coordination practices, public relations principles, and customer engagement techniques.

Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
Capacity to develop, coordinate, and assess complex projects and initiatives.
Respond efficiently and calmly to diverse demands and projects.

Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to set and achieve deadlines.
Establish and nurture positive working relationships across all organizational levels and with the public.
Utilize office automation tools to generate a variety of documents, reports, and records.

INDEPENDENT WORK AND DECISION-MAKING SKILLS:
Proficient in marketing strategy development, including analysis and selection of suitable tactical elements to achieve objectives.
Highly organized methodology.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and diverse personalities.
Writing proficiency and creativity are required.
Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.

A bachelor's degree and two to four years of relevant experience may be necessary.
