Evermore Orlando Resort is a cutting-edge, 1,100-acre resort adjacent to Walt Disney World, featuring upscale and upsized vacation rental homes, flats & villas, a luxury Conrad hotel, 36 holes of world-class Jack Nicklaus golf, and a massive 20-acre tropical beach complex around Evermore Bay, our 8-acre crystalline water amenity by Crystal Lagoons.

The surrounding beach areas feature zero-entry swim areas, bars, cabanas, private firepits, a lively food hall & gourmet market, a casual dining restaurant, and an event Boathouse that will provide a picture-perfect backdrop for weddings, banquets, and corporate meetings.

Evermore is building a team that will bring these experiences to life in 2023 and is seeking individuals that want the challenge of building this exciting resort experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a Welcoming Atmosphere: Engage with guests, address their needs, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Greet and Interact with Guests: Greet guests in a friendly, attentive, and professional manner, anticipating their needs and providing recommendations on beverage selections.
  • Provide Exceptional Service: Tailor food and drink orders to meet guests' preferences and dietary restrictions, accurately take orders, and handle guest complaints or concerns.
  • Prepare and Serve Beverages: Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and consistency, adhering to presentation standards.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Bar Area: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the proper storage and rotation of beverages, glassware, and supplies.
  • Handle Cash and Credit Card Transactions: Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments, giving change, and closing tabs.
  • Participate in Training and Development: Participate in training and development opportunities to expand your knowledge of beverages, mixology techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations for all F&B outlets.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Trends: Stay up to date with the latest trends in mixology and beverage culture, possessing a deep understanding of different types of spirits, wines, and liqueurs.
  • Educate Guests: Educate guests about the history, origin, and characteristics of various drinks.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with other staff to maintain a well-organized and efficient bar operation, assist in training new bartenders and staff, and suggest premium or specialty drinks to enhance the dining experience.
  • Complete Opening and Closing Duties: Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.
  • Respond to Guest Inquiries: Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Complete Side Work: Complete side work as assigned.
  • Monitor and Assess Bar Equipment: Monitor and assess the condition of bar equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
  • Communicate Effectively: Speak with others using clear and professional language, ensuring adherence to quality expectations and standards.
  • Follow Company Policies: Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures, and complete safety training and certifications.
  • Ensure Uniform and Personal Appearance: Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
  • Engage in a Positive Guest-Focused Environment: Engage in a positive guest-focused environment, performing other duties as assigned.
Education, Skills, and Experience:
  • High School Diploma
  • 2-4 Years of Hospitality and Bartending Experience
  • Knowledge of Beverage Mixing Techniques
  • Food, Alcohol, and Safety Certifications
  • Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Proven Organizational and Time Management Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Outstanding Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Ability to Multi-Task in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Capable of Performing the Role in a Busy Work Environment
  • Proficient in Reading Safety Procedures and Operating Guidelines
  • Attention to Detail and Commitment to Maintaining the Highest Standards of Cleanliness and Hygiene
  • Familiarity with POS Systems and Basic Math Skills
  • Valid Florida Driver's License with an Acceptable Driving Record
Physical Requirements:
  • Able to Safely Lift, Pull, and Push Up to 75 Pounds
  • Able to Stand, Walk, Stoop, Kneel, Bend, and Reach
