Key Responsibilities:

- Handle financial transactions securely and accurately, adhering to established resort procedures.
- Follow resort security and emergency protocols to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with security personnel at entry points to welcome guests and facilitate their arrival.
- Assist guests with luggage upon request, ensuring a seamless experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Additional education in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- A strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor is necessary.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing reservations and guest information is crucial.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in resort management software and basic computer applications is required.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the hospitality sector, is advantageous.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and front desk operations is beneficial.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules is expected.
- Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds safely.
