Job Overview

AS DESIGN INC., a prominent design firm, is seeking a dedicated full-time Administrative Coordinator.

We are in search of a friendly, meticulous, and proactive individual to manage and oversee daily operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize travel logistics
  • Accompany designers and clients on-site visits
  • Run various errands as needed
  • Transport samples to and from locations
  • Assist in processing orders
  • Meet with vendors at various properties
  • Follow up on invoicing and vendor inquiries
  • Facilitate access to properties and coordinate showings
  • Plan and oversee photography sessions
  • Maintain and update the company website
  • Manage social media content

This position operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.
