Medical Office Coordinator

Hematology Oncology Associates is a leading provider of cancer treatments in Palm Beach County. We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Office Coordinator to join our team.
Job Summary:The Medical Office Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling appointments, inputting patient information into our computer database, and performing day-to-day secretarial functions. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Input patient information into our computer database and maintain confidentiality
- Perform administrative tasks, including word processing, copying, filing, and data entry
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out, and schedule testing and follow-up appointments
- Verify patient information and exercise problem-solving skills to resolve patient complaints
- Receive and sort supplies, and post payments at the end of each day
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of medical front desk experience
- Dependable, multitasking, and excellent communication skills
- Able to lift 25lbs

Education and Experience:- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
