The role of the administrative coordinator involves collaborating with the office manager to deliver daily assistance for the company's landscape lighting estimates, sales, and installations. Responsibilities include quoting, managing lead intake, nurturing leads, and conducting follow-ups. Relevant experience is mandatory.

This in-office support role demands exceptional data entry capabilities, knowledge of customer billing best practices, crew scheduling, and quoting procedures. The administrative coordinator will also engage in daily communications with leads, clients, outside sales personnel, and upper management to streamline workflows across various business facets.

The successful candidate will be a quick learner, thrive in a fast-paced environment, exhibit excellent phone etiquette, and communicate effectively via email. A minimum of 5 years of office experience is required, and candidates must pass a criminal background check.
