  • **Maintaining Office Supplies**: Ensure that office supplies are adequately stocked and organized, and that all necessary materials are readily available.
  • **Managing Petty Cash**: Accurately maintain the petty cash account, ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
  • **Maintaining Confidentiality**: Safeguard sensitive information by maintaining personnel files and resident files in a confidential and orderly fashion.
  • **Marketing and Distribution**: Maintain all marketing materials and distribute them to prospective residents in a timely and efficient manner.
