Position Overview

The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the essential administrative functions and activities of the front office, collaborating closely with the clinical team to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the front office and patient flow.
  • Lead the hiring, onboarding, and training processes for new front office personnel.
  • Support disciplinary actions for team members in alignment with company policies.
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations for front office staff.
  • Develop and maintain schedules for front office team members.
  • Ensure the upkeep of office equipment, including cleaning and maintenance.
  • Provide clerical assistance to the front office team as necessary.
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels of office supplies.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Preferred: College education.
  • Minimum of two years of leadership or management experience.
  • Experience in a medical or dental setting is required.
Skills and Competencies
  • Basic office skills, including typing and filing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Thorough understanding of office management practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Effective time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
