Job Overview

We are in search of an Overnight Operations Supervisor at Super Saver. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of Night Stockers, demonstrating strong teamwork, and exhibiting a high level of motivation to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work during overnight and early morning hours, primarily while the store is closed, to unload, stock, and rotate products, ensuring the store is prepared for the next day's operations.
  • Lead and manage an overnight team to maintain optimal stock levels and store conditions.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Adhere to the directives of store management, as well as company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.

Essential Duties:

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations during overnight hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.
  • Unloading, transporting, and preparing merchandise for display.
  • Ensure proper placement of products on shelves as needed, along with performing janitorial tasks.
  • Engage in prolonged periods of heavy lifting, bending, and standing. Responsibilities also include cashiering, customer service, and security tasks.
  • Possess a solid understanding of store operations. Candidates must be at least 21 years old.

Qualifications:

If you have prior experience in retail or convenience store management and possess a strong work ethic, we would like to hear from you. This is a full-time position with overnight hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.
