Position Overview

The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the essential administrative operations and activities of the front office, collaborating closely with the clinical team to ensure an optimal patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the front office and patient flow.
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training schedules for new front office personnel.
