Your Role: As a Senior Pricing Strategy Manager, you will serve as a key expert in pricing strategies, market dynamics, consumer behavior analysis, experimental design, and financial impact assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and conduct comprehensive analyses, including data collection, evaluation, and ongoing deliverables.
  • Oversee the implementation of analytical findings, ensuring precision and relevance.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics; spearhead the creation and execution of pricing strategies, focusing on customer segmentation, optimization, and actionable recommendations to address business challenges.
  • Deliver insightful presentations of analytical results and strategic recommendations to various leadership levels, utilizing visual representations of quantitative data.
  • Propose enhancements to operational processes to boost efficiency while upholding quality standards.
  • Continuously enhance your technical and leadership capabilities through ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, or Statistics.
  • Approximately 6+ years of experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, Optimization, Operations Analytics, Modeling/Data Science, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in pricing strategies for consumer financial products.
