We are currently seeking a On-site Operations Supervisor / HR Generalist to enhance our Operations team. This role requires previous experience in on-site staffing, particularly in managing agencies and overseeing the recruitment process. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding organization that fosters a collaborative environment with ample growth potential.

Shift Details: 1st Shift with flexible availability across shifts.

If you possess prior experience in Staffing/Operations within logistics or manufacturing, are adept with technology, and have strong recruiting and customer service skills, we would like to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee staffing agency vendors within an MSP framework.
  • Maintain and update employee metrics and vacancies in our Vendor Management System (VMS).
  • Recruit talent to fulfill client requirements.
  • Enhance employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Act as the primary liaison for hiring managers, client HR, and employees.
  • Collaborate with client managers to address recruiting and retention challenges.
  • Facilitate New Employee Onboarding and Orientation.
  • Assess staffing strategies and plans.
  • Provide Coaching, Counseling, and Mentoring.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews.
  • Track Attendance.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess a strong sense of urgency. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the capability to quickly learn new software applications are required.

Qualifications

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Staffing, Recruiting, or Client Relationship roles.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in on-site workforce management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HRIS/VMS/ATS systems.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
  • Associates Degree or higher, or 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.
