We are currently looking for an On-site Operations Manager / HR Specialist to become a vital part of our Operations team. This position presents an excellent opportunity to leverage your experience in on-site staffing while contributing to a rapidly expanding organization that values collaboration and offers opportunities for career progression.

2nd Shift Position – flexible scheduling options available

If you have a background in staffing and operations within logistics or manufacturing, along with strong recruitment capabilities, technological proficiency, and a knack for customer service and relationship building, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee staffing agency partnerships within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) framework
  • Maintain and manage employee information in the Vendor Management System (VMS)
  • Recruit talent to meet client needs
  • Enhance employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Serve as the main liaison for hiring managers, client HR representatives, and employees
  • Work closely with client managers to tackle recruitment and retention issues
  • Facilitate New Employee Onboarding and Orientation
  • Evaluate staffing strategies and plans
  • Provide Coaching, Counseling, and Mentoring
  • Conduct Performance Evaluations
  • Monitor Attendance

The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, possess outstanding communication skills, and thrive in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly adapt to new software are essential.

Qualifications

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Staffing, Recruiting, and/or Client Relations
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in On-site workforce management preferred
  • Familiarity with HRIS/VMS/ATS systems
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent professional experience
