Overview:

The role involves ensuring the production of adequate quantities of quality products while adhering to budgeted production costs to meet demand. Responsibilities include following established protocols for operating various manufacturing equipment, setting up machinery for optimal performance, and selecting and measuring raw materials to specifications for production processing. The supervisor will also address issues related to production, machinery, processing, and packaging operations. This position encompasses responsibilities within the Manufacturing/Operations Function, either as a generalist or across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervises production activities for designated units or shifts.

Oversees personnel operating production machinery, assembling items, conducting quality control, or packaging products for distribution.

Communicates with maintenance or engineering teams when equipment requires servicing or repairs.

Monitors the output of assigned areas against established schedules or quality benchmarks.

Coordinates workflow within the department, ensuring adequate inventory levels to meet demand and appropriate staffing.


Leads and directs the work of team members, holding some responsibility for personnel actions related to hiring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary measures in collaboration with HR Directors and General Managers.


Basic Qualifications:

Required Education:
Associate's Degree OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education & Experience

Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree

Discipline/Major:
Preferred fields include Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business

Years and Area of Experience (required for the role): 3-5 years in a relevant function

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Team collaboration skills. Strong decision-making capabilities. Proficient in problem analysis and project management. Effective planning skills.

Essential Technical Skills;

Computer Skills:
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
