Job Overview

CareerCraft is a leading provider of innovative software solutions for educational institutions. We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant and Sales Pipeline Manager to join our team.

This dynamic role requires exceptional organizational skills, a passion for delivering excellent customer service, and a keen eye for detail. As an Executive Assistant and Sales Pipeline Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our executive team and ensuring smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and handle administrative tasks efficiently to support the executive team.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, providing timely and professional communication.
  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring all leads are tracked and followed up in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential sales opportunities, generate leads, and close deals.
  • Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to the executive team and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, analyze competitors, and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant and/or sales pipeline manager in the software industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
