We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our Mid-Market sales team at Dialpad. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the mid-market segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand Dialpad's presence in the mid-market segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in mid-market businesses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineering and Marketing, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage and close complex sales cycles, including negotiating and closing deals.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in a mid-market or enterprise sales environment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and closing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales and the ability to articulate the value proposition of Dialpad's products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
