We are seeking a highly skilled Pipeline and Marketing Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team at Procore Technologies. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for enhancing the scalability, agility, and productivity of our global team, with a focus on pipeline analysis and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:- Support strategic efforts to optimize marketing and sales pipeline effectiveness, prioritizing both strategic business projects and operational tasks.
- Collaborate with Go-To-Market stakeholders, including Marketing leaders, to foster robust partnerships and alignment.
- Analyze performance, conducting comprehensive pipeline and marketing analysis, including pacing assessments, funnel flow, and source effectiveness.
- Forecast and report on pipeline performance, collaborating with Data Analytics to establish a robust pipeline forecasting workflow.
- Identify pipeline growth initiatives, developing and implementing actionable plans to enhance pipeline quality and boost conversion rates.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, MBA or similar advanced degree desirable.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations.
- Prior experience in a large-scale technology company required; familiarity with enterprise software preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster collaborative, cross-functional relationships across various levels and organizational roles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of collaborating effectively across diverse teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and analytics, with a knack for contributing to complex problem-solving processes.
