Key Responsibilities:
  • Support strategic efforts to optimize marketing and sales pipeline effectiveness, prioritizing both strategic business projects and operational tasks.
  • Collaborate with Go-To-Market stakeholders, including Marketing leaders, to foster robust partnerships and alignment.
  • Analyze performance, conducting comprehensive pipeline and marketing analysis, including pacing assessments, funnel flow, and source effectiveness.
  • Forecast and report on pipeline performance, collaborating with Data Analytics to establish a robust pipeline forecasting workflow.
  • Identify pipeline growth initiatives, developing and implementing actionable plans to enhance pipeline quality and boost conversion rates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, MBA or similar advanced degree desirable.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations.
  • Prior experience in a large-scale technology company required; familiarity with enterprise software preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster collaborative, cross-functional relationships across various levels and organizational roles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of collaborating effectively across diverse teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and analytics, with a knack for contributing to complex problem-solving processes.
