Position Overview
Molly Maid is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to become a vital part of our expanding team.

Candidates should possess a clean background check and driving record, outstanding customer service abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred but not required.
Position Responsibilities
Office hours are from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.
Maintain a professional appearance and conduct in the approved Molly Maid uniform.
Adhere to all policies, regulations, and guidelines outlined in the employee handbook, safety manual, and employment agreement.
Foster a positive, respectful, and professional demeanor at all times.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Handle company property responsibly.
Encourage sales to enhance company revenue.
Office Duties
Collaborate with the Operations Manager and execute assigned tasks.
Answer phone calls when present in the office using the lead management scripting program.
Schedule cleaning appointments and in-home estimates.
Mentor and train both new and existing staff.
Organize safety meetings at the beginning of each month.
Oversee company equipment and vehicles, including maintenance requirements, cleanliness, and appearance.
Field Responsibilities
Conduct in-home estimates.

Perform quality assessments in customer residences to ensure that cleaning meets Molly Maid's standards and fulfills customer expectations.

Ensure all employees maintain a professional demeanor.
Manage customer retention and employee relations.
Train and guide new employees in proper cleaning techniques.
Address customer complaints from initial reporting until resolution.
Compensation and Benefits
Average salary ranges from $32,000 to $38,000 annually.
Paid on a weekly basis.
Simple IRA with matching contributions.
Paid vacation time.
Sick leave policy.
Note: Medical insurance is not provided.
