We are currently seeking Project Administrators III to join our dynamic team.

Role Summary

The Project Administrator III plays a vital role in providing administrative support for projects and programs within a designated Region or Division. This position encompasses a variety of office service activities, including payroll support, procurement, work order management, onsite resource coordination, and the facilitation of large-scale initiatives. A deep understanding of MasTec's business operations and their implications is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Administrator III will assist the Project Team by:

  • Collecting, inputting, and monitoring project-related data.
  • Creating and maintaining relevant spreadsheets.
  • Preparing reports and contract-related documentation.
  • Ensuring alignment of team goals, roles, protocols, and business relationships with high-performance standards and the company's strategic objectives.
  • Leading by example in a culture of trust and transparency, maintaining personal accountability, and communicating effectively.
  • Identifying and investigating data discrepancies, reporting concerns, and recommending solutions.
Qualifications

  • General office administration experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Familiarity with construction or utility field office environments.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Broad problem-solving abilities.
Minimum Educational Background: High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum Years of Relevant Experience: 5-7
Compensation:

The wage range for this position is $43,800 - $64,000 annually.
