Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Account Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in nurturing and sustaining ongoing relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met while facilitating contract renewals when necessary.

Travel Requirements
This position requires travel to Eastern and Central time zones, with an anticipated travel commitment of approximately 25%. The travel schedule may vary, with increased travel expected during specific periods for on-site support and quarterly business reviews.

Key Responsibilities
1. **Customer Relationship Management**
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
- Ensure commitments made during the sales process are fulfilled by managing customer agreements effectively.
- Develop strategic plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams to address customer needs.

2. **Communication and Coordination**
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, demonstrating expertise in customer relationship management.
- Lead business review sessions, providing insights and fostering productive discussions on strategic initiatives.

3. **Issue Resolution and Project Management**
- Identify and address customer pain points, implementing processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Act as an advocate for clients within the organization, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly.

4. **Analytics and Reporting**
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, identifying opportunities for cost savings and improvements.
- Ensure accurate account demographics and oversee the setup of new accounts.

Qualifications
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles.
- Strong presentation skills, particularly in front of business leaders.
- Familiarity with pharmacy operations is essential.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
- Experience in both virtual and in-person relationship management is crucial.
