Position Overview
As an Account Associate, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective problem-solving, proactive account oversight, and customer education. Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Preferred: 6 months of experience in customer service
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in managing multiple applications and screens simultaneously (Required)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred
Additional Information:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
Compensation:
Hourly Base Pay: $20.00
All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour, which includes base pay and incentives. Every employee is also eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
