Position Overview
As an Account Associate, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective problem-solving, proactive account oversight, and customer education. Your role will involve identifying and addressing the root causes of customer inquiries, exploring service enhancement opportunities, and fostering customer loyalty through tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Preferred: 6 months of experience in customer service

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in managing multiple applications and screens simultaneously (Required)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred

Additional Information:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation:
Hourly Base Pay: $20.00
All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour, which includes base pay and incentives. Every employee is also eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
