Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee project pipelines to guarantee timely completion and delivery to clients. Schedule follow-ups on dispatched quotes.

Participate in production meetings to remain informed and proactively communicate project progress to customers regarding new tools and first article schedules.

Lead internal initiatives to ensure prompt execution of part number creation, engineering documentation, and material orders for newly awarded projects.

Maintain records and set reminders for essential marketing engagements with existing and prospective customers.
Develop, organize, and keep a current marketing content repository.
Deliver outstanding service to all clients.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Daily Responsibilities:
Establish relationships with customer buyers and potential clients in diverse scenarios.
Assist in resolving issues when escalated without further complications.
Ensure expectations are met or surpassed upon receipt of a purchase order or request for quotation.
Communicate with clients via phone or email to gather any missing information on quotes.
Follow up on quotes and distribute marketing communications.
Engage with clients regarding the status of their business on a scheduled basis.
Anticipate quoting requirements by understanding when existing parts will be phased out and what will replace them.
Ensure new tooling and first article inspections remain on schedule or ahead of time, reporting status to clients.

1-2 years of experience in Inside or Outside Sales is preferred.
